Digital Art / Vector / Abstract

A little bit of abstract goodness. Trying to practice more with illustrator, while using photoshop for some post editing ( colors and blending modes).

Illustrator is quite different... One thing that bugs me is the blur filter...it sucks. And it takes twice as long to do anything because its so mathematical.

You don't need illustrator to do this. You can create this look in photoshop easily if you have the technique down.

Hey, first off, this is an awesome piece of artwork! can you tell me, how'd you manage to pull off such amazing color blends? (the green etc.) Is it just a blur filter or what? Keep up the good work!

It is a combination of Opacity Masks on top of one another, blur filters, and circular gradient fills with different colors.

I dont believe there were any gradient meshes.
